Android group messages not downloading






















I have searched to the ends of the internet, worked with my provider, verified my APN, worked with Samsung support and went to an authorized Samsung service center without any luck on resolving my issue. I am not receiving all of my texts when in a Group text - MMS.

I will receive all of my texts, however, if I am in a one-to-one text message. I have factory reset my phone, ensured that the MMS auto download is on, the service center flashed the phone, and I have done all the things.
