Licensee agrees to permit access to its information and computer systems for this purpose. Termination: This Agreement is effective until terminated. Governing Law, Venue, and Jurisdiction: This Agreement shall be interpreted and construed in accordance with the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania.
